DigiLocker is an Indian digitization online service provided by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India under its Digital India initiative. So, you can use marksheets downloaded from digilocker in the format given by JEE Advanced.

Yes you can use the 10th mark sheet downloaded from digilocker. As it's an authentic legal document at par with an original one but make sure you upload it according to the size and format they have mentioned alongwith the digital signature.
