No, you can't wear jeans on NEET Exam Day and specially the jeans withh fashionable big pockets or zips. To be on the safer side, it is advised to wear light clothes, so, avoid black coloured jeans. It would be very good if you wear light color trousers or salwar suits.

No, according to the latest dress code guidelines for neet examination by National test agency you are not allowed to wear jeans during the neet examination there is a specific dress code for male and female if you are a male candidate then you can wear light coloured trouser pant instead of black jeans also kurta pajama is not allowed, you can see  full dress code detail through the given link:
