yes , u can wear dark brown half sleeve shirt in NEET . Below are the some of the rules you need to follow before going to the examination hall

1 . Wear light color clothes like jeans , pant , shirt(half sleeves only)

2 .  should not wear anything which will create hindrance in frisking & could be used for hiding any communication devices.

3 . The kurta payjama not allowed , shoes are also not allowed

4  . wear only sleepers or sandals.

The dress code for male candidates is as follows:

• As per the COVID 19 safety guidelines, candidates must wear a mask and gloves.
• As per the dress code of NEET, male candidates should ensure that they wear half sleeve shirts/T-shirts as full sleeve shirts are not allowed on the day of the examination.
• Clothes worn by male candidates should be light ie., zip pockets, pockets, big buttons and clothes with elaborate embroidery should not be there.
• Trousers and simple pants are a preferred NEET dress code 2020 for male candidates. Kurta pajama is not allowed.
• Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. It is advisable that candidates wear sandals and chappal with a thin sole.

So yes you can wear half sleeve shirt in NEET but I prefer to wear a simple t shirt of light colour.
