Apparently, there will me no dress code in JIPMER . You can wear it, but be careful you don't have calculator, papers any other things.

Try to wear something which has less no. Of pockets to avoid more checking. Don't forget to take your Hall ticket

Dear Sir/Ma'm, you can wear full sleeve shirt for the AIIMS entrance test which will be held on 25th and 26th May, 2019. But it is advised that you avoid wearing full sleeves because it might create problem for you as people do hide cheating materials within sleevs.
