I think you are asking for the neet exam.Sorry to say but you cannot wear kurti -patiala and all.

As you should know that the basic dress code for neet exam includes:

• A half sleeve T-shirt or shirt.
• A simple trouser.

I will advice you not to wear any casual or ethnic dress while going for exam. Follow the dress code as they have  mentioned .
