Most organisations will hire at least those who have completed high school as long as they are capable of multitasking and fluent in the English language or the language that the company requires. When it comes to age requirements, it all relies on the company's needs and wants. I once worked with a former employee who was only 17 years old at the time, yet she shown a talent that was astounding when compared to the tenured.
