Yes, you can appear for BITS HD exam second time, keeping in mind the following criteria:-

• Should have passed B.E/B.Tech (or equivalent) course from a recognised university.

Must have scored minimum 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

yes, you can. there is no age limit or no of attempts limit of bitshd exam. this exam is solely for admission in mtech program of bits. exam conducts by bits pilani. if u have 60% marks in btech u can apply.check u have all eligibility and marks criteria of this exam. the form usually come around first week of april. hope it helps.
