No. You can't take GATE Exam after 12th.GATE Examination is the entrance test for Post Graduation courses such as M.Tech and Ph.D and Graduation Degree is the prerequisite to appearing in GATE Exam. So, you can either appear for GATE Exam in final year of graduation or after the completion of the degree.
