Yes you can write your class 11th UP board exam in English. But for this you will have to choose your medium as English while filling the application form for exam in class 11th. So contact the school authorities regarding this.

As in class 11 there is a school level exam not a centralised exam hence your school may or may not offer you English as a medium but UP board does.
