Its mentioned that to write ssc exam you must have bachelor's degree, if your result releases before exam,then you can write the exam . But if you cannot , then no need to worry you can write ssc exam for atleast 7 years, number of attempts for general category candidate is around 7 years (21-27years) . For more info, visit here:
