Yes, you can apply for Mukhya Mantri Chhatra Yojna in 2nd year or you can apply again during any time of the college degree. But candidate must satisfy the conditons given under the scheme, some of them are as follows:

>> Candidate must have atleast 70% in 12th class or more than 85% in case of CBSE/ICSE Board.

>> The annual income of father must be less than 6 lakhs.

>> In case of Engineering, candidate must have JEE MAINS rank under 1,50,000.

>> Or, candidate must have qualified CLAT, NEET.
