Yes you can get 93 percentile easily by keeping few things in mind. 93 percentile corresponds to a mark range of  80-100 marks. Some suggestions from my side:

• Follow your NCERT’S
• solve previous year papers

For the 93 percentile you will have general rank around 70000. And you will have obc rank around 18000-20000. So by this rank you have chance to get home NIT.
