No not in jee main
But in jee advance they may ask questions of
Btech level but from inside syllabus

Yes, but sometimes they do. But as a result they add bonus marks for that. Don't fear about that.

Sometimes they do, generally in permutations and mechanics . But don't worry they are regarded as bonus questions so no problem. Think about the questions in syllabus only. All the best !
