IN my opinion every candidate that who has completed ITI or certification cousers can pursue their studies at abroad, but the problem was mostly some the universities are  not applicable for these type of courses .but there are few .or else u can get an offer letter from the beloved state to which u r going for ,but will be helpful when there is a resident the beloved state.

An ITI student who have completed his/her diploma or certificate course can pursue bachelor degree from abroad. For that the very first requirement is qualifying in English tests like IELTS and TOEFL. After these exams, one can pursue degree courses from many countries abroad.
