If you are asking about NEET 15% AIQ/DEEMED/CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES/ESIC & AFMC (MBBS/BDS) SEATS – 2019 for online counselling, then yes, you can absolutely register yourself for round-2 even if you have not registered for round-1, for that you have to make payments also to make choices as per your preference and AIR.

Note: The registration for 2nd round is from 9th July, 2019 to 11th July, 2019 till 05:00 p.m.
