 The admission will be based on NEET score only as there is no MHTCET for the same. The NEET is a prestigious exam which is necessary for the medical study in India and abroad. NEET is conducted for medical, dental and Ayush courses. ... Therefore, from now it is necessary to qualify NEET for BAMS and BHMS courses. Without NEET you won't be able to get admission in any of the colleges under NEET.

MHT CET is a state level Common Entrance test conducted by the Maharashtra. MHTCET is conducted for the candidates who wish to apply for Btech Admission. It is a computer Based test. You won't be able to get admission in BHMS through MHT CET.
