CSAB counselling is for the institutes that come under the SFTI. The selection of candidates is done on the basis of their scores obtained in the JEE Main exam.

JEE MAIN is a national level exam so it does not matter which state you belong to as long as you are an Indian. So yes, you can apply for the CSAB special round.


If you don't get a seat in the 8 rounds or if you aren't satisfied or want a better college then you can go for the special round.
