As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must make sure that the must have qualified their 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised Indian Board or University. And NIOS is highly recognisedboardof India. NIOS has same value as the other boards have. So NIOS students can appear for the ICAR Examination. But you need to meet other eligibility criteria too. Final year candidates are also eligible to apply.
