I would like to inform you that the bitter truth is that NITs and IITs don't gurantee you Jobs once you have been admitted in the college. It is your skill that matters the most. How deep knowledge you have of the corresponding subjects , what have you achieved during college life, what projects you have undertaken , these matter the most.

No , there are no guaranteed job after doing anything because if you need a job it's your hardwork, luck, time management , performance in curriculum and Placement intervi8, internship, market conditions, skills acquired that will decide your selection for job in any reputed company.

Definitely if you will do hard work you will get Placement from IIT or NIT. These Colleges provide best Placement overall.
