Yes definitely there can be some reservation for the students of a state in which college is located but it can not be 100 percent.

Gmers is an independent college funded by the government. The state medical counselling committee is solely responsible for its admission. There isn't a management quota to be admitted there, you must be a domicile of Gujarat.

In order to be eligible for an undergraduate programme that is to a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree, prospective students must have successfully completed an HSC (10+2, or high school) in the Science stream, with a minimum of 50% in the subjects of biology, chemistry, and physics.
