Hey,

Family having an income of 8 lakhs or above are categorised as creamy later and are not given the status of quota or any kind of reservation.

In order to be eligible for non creamy later your family income needs to be less than 8 lakhs fir a consecutive three yrmears.

If you are able to prove it then you can get a certificate for OBC non creamy layer and can avail the benefit of reservation.
