can One change category from gen to EWS before applying for state counselling in neet mds as have heard that in state counselling it is possible to do so

During counselling, you have to produce all the necessary documents from your admit card to score card along with other documents like your category certificate. Even the economically weaker sections candidates (EWS) will have to submit their category certificate, along with the income certificate most of the times. So unless you qualify the eligibility criteria of EWS, can produce relevant documents, and information matches on all the documents at the time of counselling, you can not change any information. Doing so risks your admission.

my question is if one hasn't filled the form as EWS but has the document available at time of counselling so what is the scenario in that case
