It is very difficult to get the admission into pec Chandigarh with 190000 rank in jee main.But one can get the admission for some perticular branch.So one should choose the branch first in which one is interested.Cutoff is also based on the catagory.Check previous year cutoffs for that perticular branch and compare your rank with that cutoff.

For GENERAL students its a NO

For others, they might have a slight chance. but still its just not good enough.
