You can apply for 15% AIQ and State Quota but If you are allotted a seat in second round of AIQ/ Deemed University and you join the allotted seat then you will not be eligible for exiting the seat and not eligible for any round of counselling including state counselling.

If you are allotted a seat in second round but not reported at the allotted institute then you can exit with forfeiture of fees.
