Yes out of states candidates can apply for managment seats in most of the colleges in gujarat.Some colleges even provide NRI seats too.

Hi Pradeep, yes Gujarat govt has merged management seats with NRI seats. So, out of state candidates can apply through management quota seats only in the centralized admission process.
