According to TS Eamcet board, if you score a rank less than 10,000 you get full fee reimbursement that means you get a free seat unless you are an OC candidate with no income certificate. You need to submit income certificate during certificate verification and even to the college you join.If you are not an OC with no income certificate and you get a rank greater than 10,000 you will have to pay Rs 35,000  irrespective of the college fee of the college you are joining.
