If you take admission in tier 3 college , there is less chances to get a high paying job from college placement, however you may try for off campus placement of mncs, start up companies, but you must have excellent communication skill and have knowledge on cutting edge technologies. In todays industry skill  has more value then academic records and candidates with latest technology knowledge and coding skill can get a decent paying job.
