ISC Chemistry Exam 2020 is going to be conducted on Monday , 02nd March 2020.

Chapter wise Weightage is as follow -

Physical Chemistry  (25 Marks)

• Electrochemistry
• Chemical Kinetics
• Surface Chemistry

Inorganic Chemistry (20 Marks)

• P-block Elements
• D-Block and F-Block Elements
• Co-ordination Compound

Organic Chemistry (25 Marks)

• Haloalkanes and Haloarenes
• Alcohol , Phenol and Ether
• Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic Acids
• Organic Compound Containing Nitrogen
• Biomolecules
• Polymers
• Chemistry in Everyday Life

The exam paper is divided into two paper 1 which is the theory paper and paper 2 covers the practical, project work and practical file. Theory paper is of 70 marks

The theory paper is again subdivided as the Internal choice will be available in two questions of 2 marks each, two questions of 3 marks each and all the three questions of 5 marks each.
