Yes you can apply for Comedk exam, as other state candidates are eligible to appear for the exam, candidate must be passing the minimum eligibility criteria to appear in the exam, for admission in engineering the minimum eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with atleast 45% marks.
