Yes you can write but your priority will be less you have only 15% seats in all india quota and remaining 85%seats are for state quote.

Work hard to get good marks and good collage.

If you are interested in any collage try to get the information about the collage like cutoff score and infrastructure and all.

I would like to tell you important eligibility criteria which is 

• You should either belong to the State of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

This means students outside of the state cannot apply for this.
