If you emphasize on the Physics and Chemistry portions of the NEET and compare it to MHTCET then it will help you a bit in your MHTCET preparation. But MHTCET will have Mathematics as a subject. So you have to focus equally on the portions of the Mathematics. Thus for Physics and Chemistry there can be a bit of help from NEET preparation but its not that beneficial compared to JEE preparation. If you have average JEE Preparation then MHTCET becomes easy for the aspirants. Thus I would say if you are aiming MHTCET then not only do the preparation of NEET only but emphasize some time on the MHTCET syllabus also.
