Hello Kaif, Yes, You can get admission in other university in the 2nd year onwards through the process of lateral entry. There are some seats for lateral entry students in some of the colleges. But the number of colleges accepting students through lateral entry is very less, so check in your college before applying if they admit students through lateral entry or not.
