If you are not resident of Karnataka , and don't have domicile of the state , you can only register for private colleges in management quota only. And the management quota has high fess and low cutoffs. In Karnataka state , there is a consoritum of private college COMEDK which comprises of private colleges with comparatively low fees. Anyone can register for it , and it has comparatively high cutoffs .
