You have not listed any course for which you are interested in. Different colleges are delivering high quality education for different courses. Some may be good for science some for humanities and some for commerce or business. Even within the science or humanities when you specialize, some colleges are good. In science the best are IITs, NITs, IISc, Delhi University, Hyderabad University. For business studies IIMs, Christ College, Symbiosis etc. For humanities Delhi University, TESS etc.
