For getting admission through sports quota in AP EAMCET, you have to apply same as the other students apply for the counselling. Just during the document verificaton, along with all the documents you need to submit your Sports certificates. You can check the list of documents required at the time to AP EAMCET 2021 document verification given below :-

• AP EAMCET Hall Ticket 2021
• AP EAMCET Rank Card 2021
• Payment Receipt of Counselling Fees
• 10th and 12th Standard Mark Sheet
• Pass Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Aadhaar Card
• Domicile Certificate
• Disability Certificate (if applicable)
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Income Certificate (issued after January 1, 2021)
• NCC/CAP/Sports/Minority Certificates
