With regards to the question I want to mention that the exact marks that is needed to get admission in AIIMS may vary.It can just be predicted.And according to my prediction its would vary somewhat between 110 to 150 out of 200.

According to internal sources from last year the last score to get admission in AIIMS Delhi was 135.And excluding it other AIIMS have a cut off in the range of 100 to 120.As AIIMS doesn't reveal marks and gives only rank and percentile score (both overall percentile score and subject wise percentile score) and after it rank is calculated after normalization method.
