other than jee mains and advance there are exams like VITEEE, BITSAT, SRMJEEE, COMEDK, CET etc and there are certain private universities that conduct there own examination as well.

I am sorry to tell u that i was unalbe to help u because lack of information about your question itself u are asking extrance exam there are so many exams for entrance of engineering but iwant some more information that which state ur and then i can guide you more 

so for example for karntaka there is exam like KCET and COMEDK

in the same way for Andhra pradesh we are having the EMCET 

like that different states different exams are conducted
