The selection procedure of SNAP 2017 is a two-step process followed by the participating institutes after the exam. The first step is that based on the performance in the exam, participating institutes will shortlist candidates. In the second step of the SNAP 2017 selection process, shortlisted candidates have to appear for the second round, including Group Exercise (GE), Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interaction (PI) rounds.

The final merit list will be prepared by the exam conducting authority on the basis of below-mentioned weightage.
