You can register yourself in the state combined counseling portal of Madhya Pradesh first of all. Below is the link to the website:-

You will have to login using their NEET roll number and security key. You will then upload relevant documents in the sections available for the same. After this you will have to make application fee payment. This can be done via debit/credit card, e-wallet, net banking and IMPS. .

After this, you have to choose the colleges of your preference and lock them in online portal.

The seat allotment (round 1) will be published online on the basis of your rank and vacancy in the no.of seats.

A round-2 of registration for the counseling will also be there for the students who didn't register the first time and for them the same procedure is followed. A fresh choice filling and locking is done in this round and a second round of seat allotment happens.
