DNB CET 2015 exam will be based on the syllabus given by Graduate Medical Education Regulations with approval from Medical Council of India(MCI).

I am assuming you are asking about the Diplomate National Board Centralized Entrance Test – Super Specialties (DNB CET SS) since DNB CET was scrapped and replaced by NEET PG two years ago.
