Yes, vegetarians are allowed to do hotel management but the problem you will face is you need accept everything which comes in your way.

There will be no special section for hotel management students like, this is a vegetarian group and that one is for non veg. Everyone will be in the same section need to do everything.

You will be asked to cook meat and even may ask to taste different dishes. So if you want to join must accept them.
