No the Electoral Identity Card is needed to contain the Permanent address of the bearer. So you can take the voter card from the correspondence address. If you wish you can change, the address of your voter card to the place you are currently in, but you can't do so on the basis of correspondence address.

Although, I would recommend you to visit the nearest SDO/DM office & get it discussed, if there is any way or procedure through which you can do this, the officials will guide you out.
