No, you are not allowed to look into someone else's monitor during your JEE mains exam time , you are only allowed to look into your own monitor and if you get caught taking a peek you might be punished as it can be taken as an attempt of cheating by the invigilators.
You should completely focus on your own exam and not waste time thinking what others are doing and what are their answers , do it honestly without others help if caught cheating you might be stopped from giving the exam.
