Yes,you can apply for goverment medical college of UP through AIQ QUOTA.But you can't get seat in government medical college of UP through state quota.Through AIQ QUOTA,you can bag seat in any goverment Medical College.Generally, getting seat in other state government Medical College is hard as you need more score.You need 580+ score for same.

Dear Anju, UP is not an Open State which means unless you hold domicile of UP, you cannot participate in their 85% Stata Counselling. You can only apply for 15% Government Seats through All India Counselling. But it is not possible to participate in UP NEET State Counselling.
