can we apply for govt medical colleges of uttrakhand in mop up round even if we belong to any other state?

Hello,



Mop up round counseling includes the All India Quota vacant seats, NRI quota seats and only students from that particular state are eligible to participate.Since, you are do not belong to uttarakhand, hence you cant apply for it.
