Dear student,

To prove that you belong to obc ncl you would need a valid income certificate for sure otherwise how will you prove that your family income is below 8 lakhs per annum. Otherwise you will be considered as a general candidate or as obc creamy layer. Both the certificates are compulsory to prove that you belong to obc ncl.
