Yes you can attend the second counselling without attending the first one in AP EAMCET counselling. The authorities will start the AP EAMCET 2021 counselling in online mode. The AP EAMCET counselling 2021 dates will be notified soon. Candidates who have qualified the AP EAMCET 2021 will be eligible to participate in the counselling for admissions into B.Tech courses.
