Candidates must note that they will not be able to choose the exact  EAMCET exam centres 2019, but instead they have to select a test zone where they want to appear in the entrance exam. The exam centre will be allotted by the authorities on the basis of the choice made by the candidates and the number of candidates opting for that particular test zone.

No. There is no provision to change the examination center. But if you have a genuine and valid reason, you might want to request the convener through an email and make sure to attach the valid documents along with it. They might or might not reject your request. Try doing that.
