Yes you can change the image that you have uploaded in the NEET UG Application form with wrong spelling of name on it. You can do the same in NEET UG Application correction window which will be opened once the application process gets concluded i.e.after May 6th, 2022.

You cannot directly change your name mentioned in your photograph that you have uploaded, but you need to make correction in photograph and then during correction window you need to upload the new image with correct spelling of name.
