In many college admissions processes, particularly those with multiple rounds of counseling like NEET or JoSAA, you can indeed change your college choices after Round 1.

However, the ability to change depends on the specific rules of the particular counseling process and whether you were allotted a seat in Round 1.

If you were NOT allotted a seat in Round 1:

Re-ordering and adding: You will likely be able to re-order and add to your list of college choices before the next round of counseling. This allows you to adjust your preferences based on the availability of seats after Round 1.

Choice Locking: Make sure you understand the choice locking deadlines. Once choices are locked, they cannot be changed for that round.
